The Distinctive Roller Sewing Machine Presser Foot is effective for preventing fabric (stretchy materials like jerseys and knitted fabrics or hard-to-feed materials like leather or vinyl) from slipping or puckering, because the presser foot rotates to feed the upper layer together with the lower layer without slippage, so the upper layer and lower layer are fed simultaneously. The Distinctive Roller Sewing Machine Presser Foot is made to fit any Low Shank Snap-On Sewing Machine. Distinctive Premium Sewing Feet are high quality sewing feet that provide the user with ease of use for tasks they could be extremely tedious if done by hand. Start sewing with the best, Distinctive Sewing Feet. The Distinctive Sewing Foot blister packaging doubles as a set of instructions. Just pull out the cardboard back, open it up and start reading. You will be sewing in no time! Fits All Low Shank Snap-On Singer* (Some Singers Require Low Shank Adaptor), Brother, Babylock, Husqvarna Viking (Husky Series), Euro-Pro, Janome, Kenmore, White, Juki, Bernina (Bernette Series), New Home, Simplicity, Necchi and Elna Sewing Machines.

Absolute must if sewing vinyl, etc
June 25, 2012

Get this and put it into your sewing supplies. Then, when you decide to sew on vinyl, plastic, oilcloth, leather ( thin) or other slippery fabrics, you will avoid yelling so much! Great little trick that even my long- time sewing friends did not know about.
Will work with adjustements.

I have a platinum Husqvarna 755. The back of the hole on this foot rubs against the needle (ever so slightly). On the feet that came with the 755 there is about 1/8 inch (or less) of space between the hole back and the needle. Since this foot is plastic I am going to take a small fine file and make the hole larger (just a teeny bit) at the back where my needle rubs. For 10 bucks it is a great deal and once I doctor it up a tad it will serve me well. I will say the foot is very well made and not cheap. It fits on to my 755 perfectly. The hole just needs to be a bit deeper. The foot arrived quickly and well packed.
Great Product

Handiest Sewing Foot!

I initially bought this to sew on leather – and it does do well for that. But I’ve found that this is my go-to foot anytime I need a little grip to get through whatever I’m sewing. It’s not just for leather, by all means. And it’s durable – it works just as it’s supposed to every time. I’d say I’m on the advanced end of beginner sewing. I’m sure there’s a lot more this thing does that I haven’t tapped into yet but when I’ve needed it, I’ve been very glad to have it. I’ve got several Distinctive brand feet and never had a problem – I won’t hesitate to purchase this brand.
